Our growing Operations department is looking for a (Junior) Data Analyst to join the team!
As a Data Analyst, you will work on categorizing and mapping client data to the right structure, and preparing everything so that Data Scientists can start modelling. You actively collaborate with the Implementation Consultant and the Data Scientists on your projects. Together you will make the onboarding process for new clients as smooth as possible. Not only does Objective Platform favor automated processes to make your life easier, but it also gives you full support from experienced Data Scientists and Engineers. Data Engineers work for the product development team and give you all the tools needed to excel at your work. When the Data Science team finalizes a model, you pick up the project and make sure to get the data into the Front-End of Objective Platform. Naturally, you need to be obsessed with getting every detail right. When needed you will reach out to clients to get the missing information needed to successfully complete a task.

• You’re the one to connect, maintain, and update the data sources at Objective Platform. • You will structure and classify/map data in Objective Platform.
• You will work both on onboarding new clients as on updating existing ones.
• You contribute to automating, and improving the data cleansing and mapping for our clients.
• Together with the Data Scientists and the Implementation Consultant, you will have a great responsibility in ensuring that we implement their data the right way to optimally support client decision making.
• You update the model-outcomes data into the Front-End of Objective Platform.
• You contribute to team initiatives for scalability in organizational efficiency.
• You collaborate with office leadership to balance project resources across teams and projects.
• Higher education (HBO) or University education (WO)
• A background in IT/data management.
• Technical skillset in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SQL and Python or the willingness to learn.
• Experience with Google stack is a pre (BigQuery, Colab, Google Marketing Platform).
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Self-motivated in taking initiative/ having ownership
• Team player.
• Eager to learn.
• Analytic and problem-solving skills
