The Opportunity:
As a Data & Machine Learning Engineer at Objective Platform, you'll be at the forefront of creating the backbone of our product. You'll work in a dynamic team with Fullstack Engineers and other data professionals to develop and improve our core Holistic Marketing Model, focusing on advanced analytics and machine learning techniques.

The role in a nutshell:
Responsibilities:
- Create, implement, and improve statistical and machine learning models used by our data scientists
- Design and implement advanced solutions using Python, SQL, and machine learning techniques
- Develop and optimise data processing pipelines to handle large-scale datasets efficiently
- Create new models to broaden the insights we can provide in the marketing world
- Collaborate with Fullstack Engineers to create a scalable product around these models
- Uphold the reliability and accuracy of our models
- Work with the Product Owner and team to devise optimal approaches to solving complex problems
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in data engineering or machine learning
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and Git
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications in marketing analytics
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and collaborative spirit
- Fluent in English
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of Bayesian statistics and modelling techniques
- Experience with marketing analytics, particularly Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM)
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of API development
- Experience with PyMC3 or other probabilistic programming libraries
- Background in Econometrics or similar field
- Understanding of Scrum & JIRA
